A large number of potential buyers visited the three-day Kerala Property Expo on the 25th, 26th and the 27th of July 2008 which opened on Friday morning at 10. The show organized by Kerala Builders Forum (KBF) showcased a wide range of projects of top real estate developers from Kerala state. BCG Builder's stall stood apart from the others in every sense. With the introduction of our property management division the response we received was astounding. All put together, contributed to our success at the KBF Expo 2008. Who ever said there is a decline in Kerala real estate sector !!!

BCG HORIZON, the 25th project of BCG builders was launched by former diplomat Shashi Tharoor at an event organized by BCG at the Taj Cove ,Kovalam.This is the first project of BCG Builders at the State Capital and is located at Sreekaryam,Trivandrum.This projects promotes the concept of solo apartments and is groomed with home automation system and other handpicked facilities.
